Hi, I’m Vanessa, a Clinical Nutrition Specialist (CNS) Candidate with a passion for helping others feel their healthiest, most balanced selves. My journey into nutrition began as a student athlete, where I learned firsthand how food fuels the body. Over time, I realized that true wellness goes beyond diet alone—it’s about the whole person, from sleep and movement to stress and joy.
Today, I combine evidence-based research with a compassionate, human-centered approach to help others discover root-cause healing and sustainable wellness.
